Update April 13, 2007
Both Kyle and Ava are still in the hospital. Kyle is anxious and ready to go home, but he has to wait for his sister who lost more weight over night. Supplement feedings should help her along. Sarah, although complaining about being tired, is doing well. I wonder why she is tired!!!
Sarah, Paul and Marlee are pleased to announce the arrival of their special babies.
Sarah was put into labour on Thursday April 6th, 2007 at Hamilton MacMaster Hospital, and Paul was kept very busy doing everything that Sarah asked. Since Sarah was only allowed one person in the operating room with her, I was busy plotting a way to convince Paul he couldn't handle the pressure. It didn't work :(
Marlee anxiously awaited the arrival of her new siblings.
Ava Diane and Kyle Ryan are welcomed by enormous extended families on both sides.
Sarah was discharged from MacMaster on April 8, 2007 and the babies were transferred via ambulance to Guelph General Hospital where they remain in the ICU.
